These are similar to our Light Party goodie bags, this time they are Christmas themed, exploring who is the real star maker.

Aimed at 4 - 11 year olds they are crammed full of star related activities such as crafts, games, a story, a treasure hunt activity and some star sweeties have snuck in too. These are great value for money as they have been subsidised to keep the costs down for local people. Great for primary school aged kids to get stuck into over the holiday season, a great way to STARt the holidays! We will also release a video on the website and on YouTube that will link into the theme.

Make your own rustic wooden star from reclaimed timber with this super MakeAway kit. Great for teenagers and adults to make or younger ones with an adult. Inside the kit there will be all the pre cut to size wood that is needed as well as sand paper, nails and wood glue to secure. All you need is a hammer. A great little project that would look stylish on any mantle piece, wall or window. 

Once constructed the star will be approximately 25cm high.

These Wooden star MakeAway kits are much more substantial and bigger then the other wooden stars. They are a bit more tricky to put together but kits will include all the materials needed and instructions. The reclaimed wood will be pre cut to size and pre drilled, screws and sandpaper will also be included. 

Once constructed the star will sit at approximately 40 cm high, or perhaps put a back to it and use as a display bowl on a table, a great show piece.

Make your own Macreme star with this MakeAway kit. The 3mm thick yellow cord will be pre cut to the needed lengths, there will be a wooden ring included and instructions of how to make. These are great for teens and adults (possibly ambitious children). Once constructed they will be approximately 18cm by 18cm. A great decoration.
