It has been great to have the Craft Therapy in Cancer groups at The Maker's Place since the pandemic but as of January 5th 2024 they are moving on to:

in Yeovil BA20 2DD

every Friday 10–2pm

 

There will still be craft activities to join in with as well as wood carving, mending and silk painting. Or just go for a coffee and chat, it’s a place to connect with others going through something similar and stay in touch with a healthcare professional as well.

​

The Group is going to change its name to Cancer Connect as they look to get their own charity status hopefully but will continue to work closely with Yeovil Hospital Oncology and Haematology services.
